Fleetwood Transportation Services, Inc. considers health, safety, and protection of environmental quality to be integral parts of our business management. We will ensure that these areas are given parity with all other major elements of our business. We are wholly committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all personnel who work within, or may be affected by our operations. To achieve this, we will conduct our activities in such a way as to proactively protect the health and safety of our employees, other persons and the environment. Each Fleetwood employee and other personnel operating under our management have been empowered with the "Right to Challenge an Activity or a Condition", which they believe may be unsafe. This includes activities which may have an effect on the environment, health, equipment, terminals or customer facilities. We will commend employees and other personnel who justifiably exercise this right. We will consult with employees and other personnel and provide resources, training and support to achieve the objectives set out in this Policy Statement.
